As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a thriving retail and mall location. You will interact with visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and support a welcoming atmosphere. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling both on foot and by vehicle. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for retail and mall patrons.Conduct regular and random security-related patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, observing for unauthorized activity or potential hazards.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted or criminal activity within retail and mall areas.Complete accurate and timely reports on incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as required.Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, staff, and / or law enforcement as needed.Follow instructions from Allied Universal and site management regarding security-related procedures and protocols.Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points, as directed.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.At least one year of security-related experience is required.Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
