🕒 Shift : 12-hour shifts, 10a–10p daily (flexible schedule : 7 on / 7 off or other options)

💵 Rate : $175–$185 / hr

📈 Daily Census : 50–60

🖥 EMR : CareCloud

👤 Coverage : Single physician + partial APP support

Job Requirements

BC / BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine

Active Ohio license – REQUIRED (no exceptions)

DEA & BLS – REQUIRED

Must have urgent care or similar experience
