Job description

Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced environment and will play a fundamental role in growing the business while achieving our aggressive revenue growth objectives. They must be comfortable working independently while supporting outside sales, channel partners, suppliers, and customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound requests, outbound calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route new opportunities to the appropriate sales executive.
  • Help close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the customer base.
  • Work with channel partners to promote sales.
  • Keep information accessible using strong organization skills.
  • Update product knowledge by participating in channel partner educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish team and organization goals by completing various requests as needed.

Desired Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Desired Skills & Knowledge :

  • Proven inside sales / customer service experience with strong phone presence.
  • Experience working with CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bio-pharma experience preferred.
