Position Overview
The Payroll / Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration and processing of the company's payroll and supporting financial reporting, budgeting and analysis functions. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and timely, while also providing data driven insights that support financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree required; or 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills :
Ability to communicate effectively to exchange ideas and understand instructions.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of common departmental situations.
