We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Experience Designer to lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem — across web, e-commerce, email, and social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and science, blending strategic UX design with innovative digital storytelling for a professional skincare brand known for results-driven, clinical-grade products. You’ll guide the creation of engaging, high-performing digital experiences that bring our Image Skincare clinical expertise, education, and aesthetic to life — connecting skincare professionals and consumers worldwide. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on designer, passionate about crafting seamless journeys and visually stunning digital content that drives engagement and growth.
Digital Design & Campaign Execution
- Conceptualize, design, and refine high-impact digital assets for web, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Lead seasonal and monthly creative campaigns — from concept / brief through launch — ensuring cohesive storytelling across platforms.
- Design engaging landing pages, email designs, digital ads, and social assets that are both visually beautiful and conversion-optimized.
- Color correct and adapt photography and product imagery as needed to maintain premium visual standards.
- Manage and maintain campaign design consistency across all digital channels.
UX / UI Strategy & Optimization
Develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces for e-commerce and professional portals.Partner with marketing, education, and e-commerce teams to design experiences that balance education, engagement, and conversion.Conduct UX audits, analyze data (heatmaps, A / B tests, engagement reports), and implement improvements to boost performance and accessibility.Maintain and evolve the Digital Design System, ensuring cohesion across mobile, desktop, and email.Creative Leadership & Collaboration
Partner closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and Digital teams to align creative direction with brand and business goals.Fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth within the creative design team.Present design concepts and campaign strategies to stakeholders, clearly communicating rationale and design thinking.Platform & Technical Execution
Design and optimize experiences within Shopify, ensuring responsive, mobile-first design execution.Manage and support email development and deployment, ensuring designs render properly across platforms and meet brand standards that are creatively relevant for both D2C and B2B audiences.Own the production workflow for your deliverables : brief → design → review → QA → delivery.Ensure designs meet technical specifications (file formats, resolution, responsive layouts, email client compatibility).Help maintain asset versioning, tagging, archiving, and campaign asset delivery.Participate in retrospective reviews of campaigns and digital experiences : capture learnings and apply improvements to websites, emails and social media.Innovation & Trend Awareness
Stay ahead of digital, UX / UI, and skincare industry trends — from motion design and interactive storytelling to content personalization.Research competitor and category trends to ensure the brand remains a digital leader in professional beauty and wellness.Introduce innovative design solutions that merge aesthetic excellence with data-driven insights.Qualifications & Skills
5–7+ years of digital design or UX / UI experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, or premium lifestyle e-commerce.Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and strong familiarity with email and social design.Strong understanding of Shopify or enterprise e-commerce systems, including Liquid customization.Proven experience designing for multi-channel digital campaigns (web, social, email, ads).Proficiency in motion design or interactive prototyping.Knowledge of UX principles, conversion optimization, ADA compliance, and responsive design.Solid grasp of digital marketing channels : web banners, landing pages, paid media, social extensions.Ability to think user-first and design experiences that balance aesthetics and usability.Good production sensibility knows how to hand off design to developers / marketing, understands constraints (file size, responsive, email clients).Excellent communication skills — able to articulate design decisions, collaborate across teams and translate between design and marketing / business language.Able to meet deadlines in high pressure environmentsCreative, collaborative team player, and able to contribute ideas in group settingsExperience designing for professional skincare, beauty, or wellness brands.Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, CTV, Meta a plus.Benefits Available : 9 Paid Holidays
