Key Responsibilities

Facilitate clarity and alignment for complex product and program initiatives from concept to launch

Maintain core program documentation, including project plans and communication frameworks

Ensure readiness of sales teams through training, enablement materials, and process documentation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a technology or digital advertising environment

Strong ability to lead through change with confidence and empathy

Understanding of sales and customer-facing team needs to translate programs into actionable value

PMP certification or equivalent project management training or experience
