Hospital-Employed Critical Care Nocturnist Physician

  • 7 on 7 off shift work (182 shifts per year) 12 hour shifts (7p-7a)
  • Competitive compensation package with quality bonus based on metrics

  • Support from APPs (3 APPs on at night with one physician)
