Job description

Job Title : Accounting Analyst II

Job Location : Brea, CA

Job Duration : 6-7 Months (possibility of extension)

Shift Mon - Fri, 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm PST

Pay Rate : $31 / hr. on w2

Job Summary :

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Global Consolidations and North America Accounting and is part of the Finance and Accounting Organization CA.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Oversee cash processes, monitor transactions, and ensure all cash balances are accurate and up-to-date.

Prepare cash entries and related activities.

Prepare and process payroll costing entries and accruals analysis.

Prepare various account reconciliations and manage closing activities.

Prepare tax package supporting documents.

Assist with the preparation of audit PBC documents.

Education and Experience :

BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or closely related discipline.

5 or more years of general accounting experience.

Preferred Experience :

Cash Accounting.

General Ledger accounting.

Reconciliations.

Working experience with accounting using Oracle, MS Office.
