Schedule Details / Additional Information :
Nights; 8 and 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends; holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.

Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , caring for diverse patients including :
Post-operative craniotomies and complex surgical procedures.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Stroke patients in our Comprehensive Stroke Program .What You'll Do :

Assess, plan, and implement personalized care based on patient needs.Monitor patient conditions, altering care plans as necessary.Ensure patient safety and care quality through evidence-based practices.Facilitate patient education and discharge planning.Engage in team communication, promoting collaboration and conflict resolution.Identify safety issues and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :
Valid Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :
Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.Experience Required :
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Ability to provide holistic patient care and act proactively in clinical situations.Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and team members.Strong organizational skills and confidence in decision-making.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
