Position Summary :

We’re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and promotion of branded events. This role is ideal for recent graduates, entry-level professionals, or students seeking an internship with hands-on experience in branding, marketing, and event production. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams, gaining exposure to the full event lifecycle—from ideation to post-event reporting.

Responsibilities :

Represent child-focused nonprofit partners at events and outreach activations

Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and donor coordination

Research venues, vendors, and promotional opportunities aligned with brand strategies

Drive donor acquisition through authentic, persuasive, face-to-face engagement

Collaborate with teammates to meet fundraising and outreach goals

Track donor interactions and report performance metrics

Maintain event-related assets and documentation

Qualifications :

Passion for branding, events, and experiential marketing

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings / weekends for events

Internship candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
