Quality Technician

ABR Employment Services has partnered with a local manufacturer close to Wausau for a Quality Technician! We’re seeking someone dependable, curious, and motivated to grow with us. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in doing quality work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Start : Immediately

Hours : 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Wage : $20+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform incoming inspections  of raw materials and components.
• Accurately measure, count, and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Review prints, raw material certifications, bills of lading, and POs.
• Use tools such as tape measures, calipers, Excel, Word, and PDF editors  to document and track inspections.
• Scan and organize packing slips for recordkeeping.
• Identify discrepancies, missing items, or potential quality issues and escalate appropriately.
• Assist with final inspections, safety initiatives, 5S, process improvement, and receiving support .
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
