Job descriptionProvide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in alignment with holistic and integrative health principles. Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans. Manage acute and chronic illnesses with a whole-person approach. Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and preventive care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice. Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in the EHR system. Prescribe medications and alternative treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations. Stay current with best practices in family and holistic medicine through ongoing education and training. Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC). Active and unrestricted state license to practice as an NP. DEA license and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new grads with a holistic focus will be considered. Demonstrated interest or training in holistic, integrative, or functional medicine is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based care environment. Experience with nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle counseling. Familiarity with holistic modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic, or naturopathy. Comfortable discussing non-conventional treatment options respectfully and professionally. Empathetic, patient-focused approach to care.

Job Type : Part-Time (with transition to Full-Time as patient load allows)

Position Summary :
We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis, with the possibility of expanding to full-time based on patient volume, provider interest, and mutual fit. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic and preventative care, comfortable managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, and skilled in building lasting relationships with patients and families.
