Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive federal growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives

Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities across key federal agencies

Lead capture management activities including competitive analysis and customer engagement plans

Required Qualifications

10-15+ years of federal business development and capture management experience in IT or consulting

Proven track record of winning new business in the $10M-$100M+ range

Strong network of relationships across federal decision-makers and system integrators

Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes and the capture lifecycle

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
