Develop plans and interior design concepts with the Principal and Lead Designer Source and select finishes, fixtures, lighting, hardware & accessories Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors on technical aspects Produce construction and design documents, review shop drawings Manage schedules, details, and project deliverables Conduct site visits and prepare presentation materials Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture 3-5 years of residential design experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign Knowledge of FF&E, specifications, finishes, and materials Familiarity with local and online showrooms and industry trends Excellent communication skills with vendors, subcontractors, and clients Ability to work independently, multitask, and pay attention to detail Valid MA driver’s license Compensation and Benefits
