Full-time Process Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Process Technician to join our dynamic team in the plastic injection molding industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, quality control, and data analysis.

Shift : 2nd Shift

Pay : $25-30 / hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and output
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to injection molding processes
  • Conduct regular quality checks and implement necessary adjustments
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and manufacturability
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality metrics, and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

  • 3-20 years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of injection molding machines
  • Strong understanding of plastic materials, their properties, and processing characteristics
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques
  • Data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and act on production data
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
