In this high-impact role, you'll identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and work closely with branch operations to deliver outstanding workforce solutions. You'll be the connector between new clients and the ?nin team building partnerships that fuel long-term success and community impact.

Location & Travel Expectations

This leadership role is based in Rogers, AR, with regional oversight across several key markets. The territory includes :

• Northwest Arkansas
• Arkansas River Valley Region

The ideal candidate will live in or be willing to relocate to the Rogers, AR area and should expect regular travel within the region to support business development, branch performance, and team leadership.
