Pay Range : $85 / hr $90 / hr

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Full Stack Solution Architect with deep expertise in pharmacy fulfillment systems.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with CVS Health systems (preferred) or Client pharmacy systems.
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing full stack enterprise solutions using Java, Angular, and Microsoft Azure, while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, hands?on coding, and DevOps implementation across CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions using Java, Angular, and Azure technologies.

Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise?grade applications.

Collaborate with cross?functional teams to define and execute architectural strategies aligned with business objectives.

Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps.

Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for repository management, build / release pipelines, and work item tracking.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non?technical stakeholders.

Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability are applied throughout the solution lifecycle.

Support migration, modernization, and cloud transformation efforts on Azure.

Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to optimize software delivery.

Mentor team members in technical design, architecture, and coding best practices.

Requirements / Must Have

15+ years of overall IT experience, with extensive architecture and full stack development background.

10+ years of experience designing and implementing full stack solutions using Java (backend), Angular (frontend), and Azure.

7+ years of experience implementing CI / CD pipelines and DevOps automation.

9+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) including build / release pipelines and repository management.

6+ years of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI / CD, monitoring, and cloud deployments (Azure mandatory; AWS / GCP experience is a plus).

Prior experience and deep understanding of pharmacy fulfillment systems.

CVS Health system experience is mandatory (Client experience considered only as secondary).

Proven experience designing and coding enterprise?scale distributed systems.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem?solving skills.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Should Have (Good to Have)

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and ADO Boards.

Experience with microservices architecture and API management.

Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud?native development.

Experience working in healthcare or retail pharmacy domains.
