Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Manager to support and maintain strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their coverage options, complete policy updates, and ensure their needs are met over time. Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients and provide consistent, high-quality service

Respond to client inquiries and guide them through policy questions and updates

Perform periodic coverage reviews to ensure continued alignment with client goals

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims support

Track client interactions, service milestones, and follow-ups using CRM tools

Support sales and retention efforts by identifying upsell opportunities when appropriate
