Job description

Raven Ridge has an immediate opening for 2 Billing Specialists in the Seacoast, NH area. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in billing and have excellent attention to detail.

Role : Billing Specialist (Temp-Hire)

Location : Seacoast, NH

Pay : $25-$26 / hour

Duties :

Daily preparation of billing invoices
Daily AR and processing of payments (cash, ACH / EFT)
Review bills / invoices for discrepancies and make adjustments, as needed
Update client billing information
Setting up new clients
Collect on past due balances, as needed

Qualifications :

2-3 of related experience

Intermediate software skills (Excel / Word)

Attention to detail

Prior experience in professional services, preferred

Associates degree, preferred
