About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Ohio starting 02 / 23 / 2026. This 90-day assignment offers flexible scheduling with 5-10 shifts per month, primarily during nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a wide range of emergency procedures, including intubation, chest tubes, central lines, procedural sedation, OB / GYN procedures and deliveries, and adult and pediatric resuscitation. The position requires working in an ER setting using Meditech EHR. This role offers the potential for extension beyond the initial assignment period.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients of all ages
• Perform various emergency procedures, including intubation, chest tube insertion, and central line placement
• Conduct OB / GYN procedures and assist with deliveries as needed
• Manage adult and pediatric resuscitations
• Administer procedural sedation when required
• Utilize Meditech EHR system for patient documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge and skills
