MISSION :
Vista Del Mar provides a trauma-responsive continuum of services to empower children, youth, and families in Southern California to lead fulfilling lives.
The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating case management activities through participation in the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The Case Manager provides trauma-informed, individualized case management services according to ORR and other regulatory requirements. The Case Manager works closely with the Federal Field Specialist, Case Coordinator, Contracted Field Specialist, and The Providencia Group to vet all identified sponsors for the resident for the purposes of family reunification. The CM documents services and collects evaluative data. Coordinates release to the sponsors and ensures the unaccompanied residents safety.
