Job Details :

Pay : $2,520 per week

Positions Open : 1

Duration : 20 weeks

Shift : Days

Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted IL PT License

BLS by American Heart Association - required

Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or graduate of accredited college or university with a certificate in Physical Therapy

Must have at least 2 years  experience

Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
