Immediate Need : Safety Specialist — Second Shift (6 PM – 2 : 30 AM)

Location : Greater Philadelphia Area

Industry : Food Processing

Are you a safety professional who thrives in fast-paced industrial settings? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping people safe?

We are urgently seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to join a dynamic team in a busy food processing facility. This is a 6-week assignment on the second shift, working closely with a crew of 18 skilled welders.

What You’ll Do :

Supervise welding operations to ensure strict compliance with safety standards.

Conduct thorough safety inspections and detailed audits throughout the facility.

Coach and guide team members on safety protocols, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness.

Proactively maintain a safe, hazard-free environment, with a strong focus on fire safety and working at heights.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing safety (food processing experience a big plus!).
• Relevant safety certifications and strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• OSHA 510
• Confidence to lead, educate, and enforce best practices among a diverse team.
• Ability to work the second shift (6 PM – 2 : 30 AM) reliably for the duration of the assignment.
