As the Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Respond to inquiries via email and direct them to the appropriate department.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
