Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Respond to inquiries via email and direct them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications & Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
