Key Responsibilities :

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner , you will provide psychotropic medication management to patients in long-term care facilities. This includes :

• Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Offering psychotropic medication management, including prescribing and monitoring medications.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.
• Maintaining accurate medical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Participating in clinical research initiatives when applicable.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatments

The pay range for this role is :

150,000 - 200,000 USD per year(Meridian, Mississippi)
