US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking afull-time CRNAto join our collegial care team atAdventHealth New Smyrna Beach. This W2 position offersno call and no weekends, giving you the balance to enjoy life in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal communities while pursuing a rewarding career.

You’ll be part of a supportive team of4 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs, providing coverage at one community hospital and three outpatient surgery centers : AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach, Tomoka Surgery Center, Advanced Heart, Vascular Surgery Center at Daytona.

AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach is a100-bed acute-care facilitywith diverse cases including urology, GI, oncology, general surgery, orthopedics, vascular, and plastics.

Position Highlights :

$100,000 sign-on bonus (tied to 5 years)

No call, no weekends required

Flexible scheduling options (8s, 10s, 12s)

7 weeks paid vacation

Guaranteed hours for all CRNAs

Qualifications

• All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.
• CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
