Join Senior Solutions as a Community Relations Supervisor and help us expand access to compassionate non-medical in-home care to seniors in the Shelby County community.
About Us :

We provide non-medical in-home care to seniors - helping them remain safe, supported, and comfortable in the homes they love. We're seeming a Community Relations Supervisor to champion our missing in the field - building referral network, driving private pay client growth, and being a familiar, trusted face in the community.
What You'll Do :
- Build and grow lasting relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, etc)
- Attend community events and represent Senior Solutions with passion and professionalism
- Drive business development initiatives to grow private pay client base and care hours
- Conduct in-home assessments and facilitate caregiver introductions
- Visit clients onsite to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Track relationship-building efforts and results in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
- Assist with recruiting and caregiver support needs when necessary

This is a hybrid position that blends autonomy with collaboration. You'll spend your time between the filed, client visits, community events, occasional in-office meetings, and working from home.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required1 - 2+ years of business or sales / marketing experience preferredExceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently and exercise sound judgmentValid driver's license and car insurance with the willingness to travel within the assigned territoryProficiency with computer based software (such as email, CRM)Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulationsAbility to pass a background check and drug screen per company standardsAbility to be available on-call as needed outside of standard business hoursAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditionsPassionate and eager about making a positive impact in the communityPossession of a smartphone with an active service plan and the ability to download required apps requiredSalary Description
