We are currently hiring individuals with a construction or carpentry background who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn the insulation trade, and seeking a long-term career. This position is for an Industrial Mechanical Insulator, with opportunities for growth in a company that values both its team and customers. Work is performed exclusively in the industrial market, exposing employees to a variety of projects and insulation practices across Michigan.

THC use is not permitted. Extensive background check and 10-panel urine drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform installation, repair, and removal of insulation
• Use measuring devices, hand tools, power tools, and insulation materials
• Complete tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Adapt to varied environments typical of the industry
• Represent the company professionally as outlined in the employee handbook

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of insulation, construction, or carpentry experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.
