Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Pay Rate : $130 / hour

Start Date : ASAP (90 Day Credentialing)

Contract Length : 3 to 6 months (ongoing need)

Shift Details : 8a-5p. Call Schedule : 1 : 6

Schedule : Monday Thursday.

Support Staff : 1 RN, 8-10 MAs, 2 LPNs. Will need to supervise 3 other CRNAs

Patients per day : 12-18 patients

Patient Population / Age : 25% adult 35% Peds 40% Geriatric

Department Description : Mostly outpatient. Some inpatient

EMR : Cerner
