Residential Solar Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Residential Solar Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage operations tasks including customer billing and support, data analysis, and reporting

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth business operations

Complete projects related to process improvements and consumer compliance, and support customer service teams

Required Qualifications :

1-3 years of previous customer service experience

Energy industry experience is a plus

Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications

Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred

Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
