Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

As the FP&A Manager in our Business Services team, you will lead financial planning and analysis across ASICS Digital and ASICS Technology. You will partner with global technology and digital leadership to drive financial transparency, optimize performance, and enable informed decision-making.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, experience managing complex, multi-region financial operations, and familiarity with European and U.S. GAAP principles.

How you will help us :

Reporting to the Head of Finance for ASICS Technology and ASICS Digital, your accountabilities will include

Financial Leadership :

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology and Digital leadership, providing actionable insights to guide financial decisions and operational efficiency.
• Drive the financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across both business units.
• Develop and maintain consolidated financial models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives.
