JOB SUMMARY

• UIC is seeking a Project Executive candidate to lead a new division focused on vertical construction in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley. The successful candidate should have a strong background in project management, estimating and progressive leadership experience. For the right candidate pay is no object. This position must be a self starter ready to build a business unit and supporting team from the ground up.

In addition to field construction duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to read text on a computer screen and in hard copy, stand or sit, talk, and hear.Exposure to moderate levels of noise in a well-lit, well-ventilated and moderately paced office environment.Occasionally required to carry / lift up to 50 lbs. Work Environment Summary : 85% time working in an office setting. 15% time working at other sites.
