Real Estate Attorney

Florida law firm is seeking a senior attorney with commercial real estate finance experience, including lender and borrower side transactions. Need to have experience with leverage transactions, preferred equity and joint ventures is a plus. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate directly with clients required.
