• Monday - Wednesday 8 am - 5 pm, Thursday 10 am - 7 : 30 pm, Friday 8 am - 12 pm
• Very light call : 1 in 8, phone only with mid-level providers as first line
• Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician
