Registered Nurse (BONUS INCLUDED)

Alamance Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, NC is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as RN... both day and night shift (12 hours shifts either 7a-7p or 7p-7a) & Supervisor Positions with several openings.

What We Offer

Competitive pay starting at $36 / hr. (RN) (Commensurate with experience)

Shift differentials up to $3 / hr.

Supervisor Positions

Day / night shift schedules available (12 hours 7a-7p or 7p-7a)

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional nursing care to each resident / patient.

Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of nursing assistants (CNAs).

Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out individualized plans of care.

Take ownership of the clinical product provided and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.

What You Need

Active Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
