Your Opportunity : Taylor Corporation is looking for a Tax Accountant . This position has primary responsibility for preparing Federal and State Income Tax Returns; Franchise Tax Returns; Sales and Use Tax Returns; and other projects for our Tax and Accounting departments. This position will assist with external audits, research tax matters and document conclusions along with formulating and delivering innovative tax planning and savings strategies.

Your Responsibilities :

• Prepares Federal and State Income Tax Returns
• Prepares Franchise Tax Returns
• Prepares Sales and Use Tax Returns
• Assists in external audits
• Researches tax matters and documents conclusions along with formulating and delivering innovative tax planning and cost savings strategies
• Provides financial presentations and training to departments and / or companies as needed

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
