Associate Consultant, Stop Loss

A company is looking for an Associate Consultant, Stop Loss Carrier Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze stop loss carrier data to identify trends and market opportunities

Prepare materials for carrier partner meetings and support documentation of goals and priorities

Evaluate carrier product offerings and conduct research on emerging industry trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience

3-5 years of experience in healthcare insurance, employee benefits, or consulting, with exposure to stop loss insurance

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data visualization tools preferred
