Responsibilities

The Maintenance Tech. II is responsible for preventive & general maintenance & repair of facility and associated equipment. These duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees patients & visitors of all ages. Other responsibilities include security in the absence of a security officer and other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Plumbing / Able to replace plumbing fixtures valves unclog sinks and shower / toilet drains.

Work can consist of patching painting replace ceiling on equipment such as beds and other medical equipment will be taught. Once training is completed there will be availability to receive On-Call request
