• Competitive Pay & Benefits : Full-Time :  $90,000 / year salary, plus paid PTO, sick time, 50% employer-paid health insurance, and malpractice insurance coverage. Part-Time :  $95–$110 / hour based on experience and caseload, with malpractice insurance coverage included.
• Growth & Training : Annual training funds, CEU reimbursement, internal OCD & CBT certifications, and regular case consultations.
• No Admin Work : Our exceptional support team handles scheduling, billing, and client inquiries.
