Job description

General Contractor with a 20 year history in ground up commercial construction is looking for a Project Manager who has worked on retail, office, medical and general commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Writing scopes and executing buyout with each of the trades
Creating and managing the project schedule and budget
Providing daily and weekly reports on the project progress
Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a PM working on commercial ground up projects

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
