• Consultative Sales : Assess clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
• Customer Service : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Policy Management : Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processes. Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Market Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and professional development.
