Position Overview

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement patient-specific treatment programs to restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall quality of life. You will work closely with a supportive rehabilitation team and make a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to restore mobility, strength, and coordination
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and lifestyle adjustments
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
