Our Bakers assist in the preparation of all bakery items, including bread, pastries and other menus items served at The Library Cafe.
This position could be filled as Part-time or Full-time with current scheduled hours from 3 : 00am to 11 : 00am CST and varying days depending on business needs
Based on experience and qualifications, the pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 hourly.

What You'll Do
As a Baker, you will :
- Prepare, bake, & decorate from scratch breads, bars, muffins, cookies, pies, cakes, pastries, and specialty chocolate confectionaries for our guests
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, cases, and counter ensuring all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are met
- Collaborate with the Hotel Chef & Beverage Manager and back of house team on bakery preparation and execution for special functions to ensure exceptional service is provided
