Overview

As a Pallet Repair Reman , you’ll get to build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets and / or lumber. You may also repair pallets by taking damaged pallets sent from our customers and return them to service-ready condition, before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer. As sustainability is one of our organization’s top goals, this role is vital to our success!

Hourly Pay : $15.00-$25.00 / hr.

1st Shift : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm

What You'll Do

• Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition
• Communicate effectively with Production Supervisors, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager
• Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards
• Must maintain a clean & safe working environment that meets 48forty’s standards
• Build the given number of pallets, once training is complete
• Repair the given number of pallets, once training is complete
• Expected to be able to work without constant supervision to achieve production quotas in the repair area, safely
• Stack pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
