- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
