Requirements

Description : Work closely with Mitigation team to ensure projects progress efficiently, obtain high customer satisfaction with clear communication, and follow up for payment on services rendered.

• Work with existing customers to collect payment
• Schedule jobs with customers and mitigation team to provide timely service
• Review time sheets to ensure expenses associated with jobs are correct
• Participate in team meetings to provide project updates and learn from other mitigation team members
• Create jobs in project management software so crews have appropriate information
• Help explain the insurance process to customers and field questions and concerns
• Ensure proper documentation is in job file

Typical Weekly Schedule : Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, with on call rotation one week every 8 weeks; May include nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Benefits :

Pay Range : $50,000 - $65,000 base + Bonus Potential For High Performers
