Refunds Specialist

A company is looking for a Cash Poster - Refunds Specialist who will manage refunds to insurance companies and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and handle refund requests in a timely manner

Accurately post and record refunds

Communicate with attorneys, no fault insurance, worker's compensation, and the Veterans Administration as needed

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in cash posting or refunds

Strong mathematical ability

Ability to read and understand Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)

Computer literacy, including the ability to work with dual monitors

Dependable and punctual with a collaborative team player attitude
