• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Required Skills / Experience : Eligibility as Current / Previous Employee : Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Must have LDRP experience

\n\n

Must be comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating in c-sections.

\n\n

Must be comfortable assisting with catching baby and transitioning baby.

\n\n

Are RNs required to read their own strips? What brand are the tele monitors? Yes for PACU after C-section EFM System Centricity-perinatal

\n\n

Labor Travelers also need to function in Postpartum with routine mom and baby competencies; also need to be able to transition babies & attend low risk deliveries.

\n\n

Preferred Skills / Experience : Will consider someone with 1 year of experience if they have multiple prior travel experience

\n\n

Shift & Scheduling : Weekend Requirements Every other. Days (Sat and Sun) Nights (Fri and Sat)

\n\n

Holiday Requirements rotate in with perm staff

\n\n

Floating Requirements : Mother baby and post-partum all one unit.

\n\n

Facility holidays : 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025, 01 / 01 / 2026. Number of holidays allowed off : 1. Start assignment restriction : 14 days
