Overview : The candidate will support The Ohio Department of Transportation's Ellis Development Team, working with a designated application team including the Application Development Manager, project manager, application architect, and quality assurance analyst in an iterative development environment.

This position functions as a highly skilled Senior Level PR5 with responsibilities including :

• Reviewing and understanding the Application Team's work plan.
• Providing status updates and deliverable estimates to the Team Lead.
• Participating in requirements gathering sessions.
• Designing and developing applications based on specifications and interfaces, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Presenting complex technical concepts to business partners.
• Anticipating, identifying, tracking, and resolving issues and risks.
• Maintaining legacy technology applications.
• Working independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
