Position Overview

The IT Technical Writer will work closely with senior IT leaders, cybersecurity professionals, and support staff to develop high-quality technical documentation, presentations, and related materials. The role requires strong collaboration skills, exceptional writing ability, and deep familiarity with IT and cybersecurity concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and effective technical documentation, presentations, and reports for IT and cybersecurity initiatives
• Collaborate with senior IT leadership and technical teams to capture, structure, and communicate complex information
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to established standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Forms) to prepare professional-quality outputs
• Translate technical and cybersecurity concepts into content that is accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintain documentation libraries and version control to support ongoing IT operations
